3.4 Self-Excluded Persons. Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from rwc77 or from a linked platform are not permitted to re-register during any active exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent an active self-exclusion by re-registering are a breach of these Terms.
3.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rwc77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to secure your credentials. 4.1 rwc77 accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. Using another person's Account to place bets, or allowing another person to use your Account, is prohibited.
4.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting rwc77 customer support via Live Chat. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the payment method of record subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Active bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
4.3 rwc77 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account, with or without notice, where: (a) there is suspected fraudulent activity; (b) there is a material breach of these Terms; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing activity; or (d) required by regulatory or law enforcement authority.
5.1 All deposits to rwc77 accounts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). rwc77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are charged by rwc77; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.2 Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank internet banking, and approved debit/credit cards. Available methods are displayed at the point of deposit within the platform. rwc77 may add or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
5.3 The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. Maximum deposit limits are set per payment method and are displayed during the deposit flow. rwc77 may apply additional deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes to individual accounts.
5.4 Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a deposit is funded from a payment account not belonging to the registered Account holder — are prohibited and may result in the deposit being returned and the Account being suspended.
5.5 rwc77 does not accept deposits derived from criminal activity. Any funds identified as proceeds of crime will be reported to the relevant authorities and the Account will be closed.
6.1 Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have previously been used to make a deposit to the same Account ("source of funds" requirement). This requirement exists to prevent money laundering.
6.2 Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of: (a) a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport, or driving licence); and (b) proof of address not older than three months. rwc77 may request additional documentation at its discretion.

8.1 All bets placed on the rwc77 Sportsbook are subject to the Sportsbook Rules published on the platform, which cover settlement procedures for individual sports, void event policies, and live betting specific rules.
8.2 Minimum and maximum bet stakes are displayed at the point of bet placement and may differ by sport, market, event, and account status. rwc77 reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits.
8.3 Bets are binding once confirmed by the platform. No bet may be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation except where expressly permitted (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
8.4 In the event of a technical error during bet placement that results in an incorrect odds display, rwc77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. Systematic exploitation of odds errors is treated as a prohibited activity under Clause 10.
8.5 Live (in-play) betting results are final once settled, even if a subsequently available broadcast replay suggests a different outcome. Settlement is based on official match data feeds at the time of settlement.

11.3 A dormant Account can be reactivated at any time by logging in. Upon reactivation, no further dormancy fees will be charged for a period of 12 months from the date of login, provided at least one transaction is completed within that period.
11.4 Bonus balances in a dormant Account are forfeited after 90 days of inactivity, consistent with standard bonus expiry terms.
